How it works
The hard part of a new website is normally the project around it: the brief, the revisions, the invoices, the agency. There is no project here. You send two things, we build the real site, and you decide once you have read it.
This is the whole of it. Nothing here needs a meeting.
Two minutes
Your practice name and the link to your Google listing. A phone number and an email so we can reach you. That is the whole of your side of this, and there is no card on the form.
If your listing is thin or out of date, say so in the notes box. It is faster than us guessing.
Within about two business days
We email you a private link. Open it on your phone, because that is where most of your patients will see it. Read it the way a patient would: are the hours right, is the phone number right, does it sound like your practice.
Nothing is published to your domain at this point. Your current site keeps running untouched.
Whenever you are ready
Yes means $249 for the site on its own, or $400 or $500 with hosting included — and every file is yours either way. No means we delete our copy and you are finished: you paid $0 to look, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel.
Hosting is not sold separately. It comes with the site, included for a full year on the two upper prices, and when that year ends it renews at $25 a month — stop it whenever you like.
What happens between your details arriving and the link reaching your inbox.
Hours, services, address, phone, the insurance you mention, the languages you advertise, and the reviews that are already public. We write down where every claim came from, so nothing on your site is a claim you cannot source.
Home, services, about, new patients, contact. Real HTML, no page builder and no shared theme, hand-built for one practice so it loads fast on a phone and reads like a person wrote it, because one did.
Anything we could not verify gets softened, sourced, or cut. We would rather leave a line out than have you find a claim on your own website that you cannot stand behind.
It sits at a private address that is noindexed, so it cannot compete with your real listing or confuse a patient who searches for you in the meantime.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| What if my listing is wrong or incomplete? | We tell you by email instead of inventing the missing parts. If there is too little to build from, we say so and nothing happens. |
| What if I want changes before I decide? | Ask. The site has not been handed over yet, so this is exactly the point at which changes are cheapest and easiest. |
| What if I never reply? | Nothing. There is no card on file, no trial that rolls into a charge and no follow-up sequence. The private link eventually closes. |
| Who sees the site before I decide? | You, and us. It is not indexed, not linked from anywhere public, and not shown to anyone else. |
